Having grown up on this 180-acre ranch he and his brother now operate, Allen has long admired Texas Longhorns for their beauty, intelligence, endurance, and their historical significance in the building of the state. That admiration has developed into a deep passion for this incredible breed with a desire to protect and preserve these wonderful animals that embody the spirit and legacy of the Old West.

With the opportunity to now manage the family land, located at the small farming community of Pearl, deep in the heart of Texas, Allen and Suzanne started a small herd in the spring of 2002 and, over the last few years, have diligently selected quality stock for the foundations of a top-level Longhorn breeding program.
